Degree Overview
The College of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing Master of Science in Adult Critical Care responds to the current and emerging health care needs in the UAE. This program supports the University's strategic plan to develop post graduate programs and to continue the development of Nursing within the UAE. The program is student centered, clinically focused, culturally relevant, geographically proximal and cost effective alternative to studying abroad. Moreover, it will strengthen the UOS interdisciplinary effort which implies inter-program collaboration in teaching, clinical and research.
What You Will Learn
The outcome of the master's in adult critical care focuses on the research skills of the graduate and provides the foundation for further study at the doctoral level. This program produces competent, professional critical care nurse graduates who can provide advanced care practices for adult patients with multiple complex problems.
