Strategy Development Workshop
The Mid-Year Strategic Leadership Forum, led by Chancellor Professor Hamid Al-Naimiy. The event began with an engaging Lego Serious Play (LSP) session, which set the tone for a dynamic, hands-on approach to exploring and evaluating the university’s proposed academic strategic initiatives.
This interactive session was designed to encourage creative thinking and collaboration, allowing participants to actively engage with the ideas that will shape the future of the university. Throughout the forum, several key initiatives and strategic directions under the new EDGE strategy were discussed, all aimed at enhancing UoS’s academic standing and operational excellence. The event highlighted the university’s commitment to innovation and problem-solving, showcasing its focus on advancing educational outcomes through creative, forward-thinking solutions.
