University Service Desk

The University Service Desk is your friendly, first point of contact for any IT related Incidents, requests and following up inquires. Service Desk team will make them acknowledged, classified, owned, and actioned. Service Desk staff have a broad knowledge about IT Services and in many cases they can resolve and fulfil your tickets promptly over the phone. When this is not possible they will escalate it to next functional support group, whichever is most appropriate.
