We are pleased to provide you with the latest update on our strategic initiative, Avaya to Zoom Transformation Project, currently in its final stages of implementation. As part of this initiative, we are in the stage of rolling out the installation of new zoom phones (and removal of old Avaya phones) and our IT support staff will come to your workstations to complete the installation.

Key Information:

Please use the prefix "66XXXX" before the extension number when calling extensions from the Zoom Soft Client or phones till further notice from IT Department. (Ex: to dial Extn # 2000 you need to dial # 662000)

If Zoom Soft Client wasn't already installed on your computer, follow the attached guide or use the links provided to install it from the software center.
