ERP Applications

Banner Self Service

Banner Self Service (My UDC) is available for University of Sharjah faculty and students. It provides students with various functions, including registration, checking their grades, etc. This service also enables faculty members to enter grades and marks, to view class section information, course information (Course Catalog), and student information. This service is available in both Arabic and English languages.

ERPs (SIS ,HR, Inventory, Procurement and Finance)

ITC provides all kind of functional, technical administration and support for the University ERP which includes the Students info system, Finance, Procurement and the HR module of the Banner ERP.

Troubleshooting functional issues, enhancing and adjusting methodologies, providing solutions for functional and technical problems, introducing new features and enhancements, and continuous developments of core Argos reports and forms to meet UOS functionalities.

SSB (Students and Faculty)

This service is available in both Arabic and English languages.

Technical Support for ERP

ITC provides all kind of functional, technical administration and support for the University ERP which includes the Finance and the HR module of the Banner ERP. Troubleshooting functional issues, enhancing and adjusting methodologies, providing solutions for functional and technical problems, introducing new features and enhancements, and continuous developments of core reports and forms to meet UOS functionalities.

College of Dental Medicine Support Services

ITC is committed to providing quality and excellent technological solutions and support services to all Staff, Faculty, and Students at the College of Dental Medicine, which includes:

  • VMware Horizon Remote Access - Dental VM
  • Electronic Health Records – axiUm system
  • Oral Radiology Unit - X-Ray applications (Sidexis, Romexis, MiPACS, Dolphin)
  • Central Sterilization Services Department – TDOC system
  • Patient Registration Queue – Eazy-Q system
  • Patient Appointment Messages – EasySMS system
