HR Planning and Development
The HR Planning section plays a pivotal role in ensuring an organization's workforce is aligned with its strategic goals. Its primary responsibilities include:
- Emiratization Planning: Strategically planning to increase the number of Emirati employees within the organization, in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Workforce Planning: Forecasting the organization's future staffing needs for various roles, including faculty, professional staff, and research personnel, to ensure adequate resources are available.
- Job Analysis and Descriptions: Conducting detailed analyses of job roles to identify necessary skills, responsibilities, and qualifications, and creating accurate job descriptions.
- HR Planning & Reporting: Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR planning, creating action plans to address identified gaps or challenges, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Developing and maintaining comprehensive HR policies and procedures to guide employee relations, compensation, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employee satisfaction.
