Our Team operates in a collaborative spirit, on multiple focus areas, aiming at collectively achieving the Facilities Management and Planning Departments' mission and objectives. The Focus areas are:

In addition, a Support Services unit functions across the focus areas, and supports various departmental internal processes, such as logistical, financial, and quality control, as well as external processes, such as to the Faculty Housing Committee on the availability and maintenance of the Housing facilities.
