Department Overview 

The Business Services Department was established to provide high quality services to all colleges, departments, centers and units of the University.  The Business Services Department at the University of Sharjah aspires to provide high quality services. The department’s dedicated and hardworking staff seek to achieve excellence. Moreover, our affiliated divisions -Security and Safety, Transport, Passport and Mail Services- play an essential role in realizing our goals.  The department aims to achieve excellence in business service provision. It also aims to improve the transaction processing procedures to achieve customer satisfaction. Therefore, we always strive to achieve the highest standards of professionalism to provide the University with excellent services that support its development.
