Types of Intellectual Property:

Copyright: Copyright is a legal term that describes the rights granted to creators about their literary and artistic works. The copyright covers a wide range of works, from books, music, oil paintings, sculptures and films to software, databases, advertisements, geographical maps and technical drawings.

Patent: Patent is an exclusive right granted for an invention. In general, a patent guarantees the owner the right to decide on a method - or possibility - of the use of third parties for invention. In return, the patent owner provides the public with technical information about the invention in the published patent document.

Trademarks: Trademark is a sign that distinguishes a company's goods or services from the goods or services of other companies. Trademarks are protected by intellectual property laws.

Industrial Designs: Industrial design is the decorative or aesthetic appearance of a piece. The design can consist of stereoscopic elements, such as the shape or surface of the piece, or two-dimensional elements, such as drawings, lines, or colors.

Geographical indicators: Geo-indicator is a reference used for goods with a particular geographical origin and attributes, reputation or characteristics attributed mainly to that origin. For a mark to have the same role as a geographical indicator, you must identify a product as originating from a particular place. Also, the product's characteristics, characteristics or reputation must be mainly attributed to the place of origin. Since the qualities depend on the geographical location of production, there is a close link between the product and the original place of production.
