Asset Management System features:

  • Track, manage, and monitor fixed assets
  • Oversee equipment and machinery in multiple locations
  • Improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain a record of retired, sold, or lost assets

The primary goal of the Asset Management System software is to optimize the use and maintenance of assets, reduce downtime, minimize costs, and improve overall asset efficiency. The system allows us to identify when maintenance is needed, track the performance of assets, and schedule repairs or replacements before they become a problem. Asset tracking software allows institutions to track what assets they own, where each is located, who has it, and the cost and depreciation of each asset. All this information is captured in one program and can be used on PCs as well as mobile devices.

Asset Management System manages and tracks the following asset types:

  • Buildings and Infrastructure
  • Equipment
  • Furniture & Fixtures
  • Heritage Assets
  • IT Equipment
  • Laboratory Equipment
  • Land
  • Library Books & Journals
  • Machinery
  • Medical and Educational Equipment
  • Motor Vehicles
  • Asset Management System software is often used to track both the information about an asset for financial reporting purposes as well as the physical location of an asset. The Asset Management solution is integrated with Banner ERP so that depreciation transactions are synchronized and integrated between the two systems.
