Dear Authors,
Greetings from the University of Sharjah. 

Potential participants are invited to submit an abstract (in Microsoft Word or PDF format) of 400 to 800 words via the conference online platform. The abstract should include the following: 

1. Name of the author(s), and affiliation
2. Title and an abstract showing introduction, method, results, and conclusion.

All submissions will be reviewed, and accepted abstracts will be included in the conference booklet. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to make oral and/or poster presentations on the second day of the conference.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper, but submission of full paper is not mandatory. A template for the full paper will be provided. The full paper must be between 3000 and 4000 words and will undergo anonymous review. Accepted full papers will be complied in the proceedings of the conference.
An expert panel will attend the presentations and visit posters and will evaluate them. Prizes will be awarded for the best three papers in three categories namely: Students\Alumni, Industry participants, and Academic members.
Please note that the full paper submission is optional. However, full paper submission is required for (i) consideration in the best paper competition, (ii) inclusion in the proceedings, and (iii) for possible publications in any of the following official journals of the University of Sharjah (after further reviews if needed): https://spu.sharjah.ac.ae/

If you are willing to publish your paper as Scopus Indexed, please note the following: 

• The deadline for full paper submission is February 15, 2025. Each submission will undergo a double-blind review process, and accepted papers will be published in a special volume with Springer Nature, indexed in SCOPUS.
• The final manuscript must adhere to the template provided by Springer Inc., which can be downloaded via the following link. Alternatively, you can still submit your paper to be published in the conference proceedings only.
