The research project delves into the intricate landscape of stress among students at a university in the UAE. The study provides insight into the multifaceted dimensions of stress and its implications. Adopting a cross-sectional design and leveraging a quantitative survey methodology, the study seeks to capture a holistic snapshot of the prevalence of stress, its determinants, and its impact on academic performance, as well as the coping mechanisms employed by those who suffer from it and the effectiveness of support systems available to them. Addressing the pervasiveness of student stress, this investigation uniquely aligns itself with the diverse cultural and academic milieu of a university in the UAE and the emerging graduates of Generation.
