Patient Satisfaction in Radiology Department
This study assesses patient satisfaction and engagement during radiology procedures in the UAE. It examines satisfaction levels through questions related to appointment scheduling, waiting times, staff attitude, quality of communication, and overall experience. A cross-sectional descriptive design was used, and data were collected retrospectively using a pre-structured questionnaire. The survey comprises six sections: sociodemographic information, appointment system, waiting time, staff attitude, communication, and overall satisfaction. In addition, an open-ended question was included to allow participants to share suggestions or opinions about their imaging experience.
