​Dr Ahmad Rasdan Bin Ismail, an associate professor from Environment Health Science Dept of CHS UOS has been invited by the Sharjah National Oil Company (SNOC) and appointed as Speaker in HSE EXPO 2024 held on 23rd April 2024 at Al Jawaher Convention, and Exhibition Center Sharjah, UAE. He had shared his knowledge and professional experiences as an Industrial Hygienist and Safety in a Conference Theme 4: Occupational Health Surveillance Tools and Techniques for Monitoring Workplace Health. The HSE EXPO 2024 is the first conference of its kind happened in Sharjah and an exclusive event hosted by Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) designed to bring together professionals, experts, and industry leaders to engage in meaningful exchanges, deliberate on best practices, and explore cutting-edge solutions within the realm of Health Safety and Environment. This year's theme is focused on enhancing workplace HSE practices. Other than multiple HSE practitioners, the HSE EXPO were also attended by 14 MSc Environmental Health students enrolling Petroleum Natural Gas and Occupational Health Course and around 35 B.Sc Environmental Health students as part of Field Training experiences.
