Al Qasimia University recognized a CFAD faculty and student at the annual competition “Artistic Radiance.” This year’s event attracted 20 GCC universities and included 150 students. The exhibit featured around 500 submissions in drawing and painting, Arabic calligraphy, and photography. Among the distinguished panel of jurors was Dr. Mohammed Yousif Alhammadi (Assistant Professor of Fine Arts). Freshman Fatima Mohammed Alhashimi’s work, guided by Dr. Karima Alshomely (Assistant Professor of Fine Arts), was selected from among 80 paintings and received third place. Congratulations Fatima!
