The Scientific Research and Seminar Committee at the College of Business Administration has organized a Students Research Poster Competition to its Undergraduate and Graduate Students. This competition was an excellent opportunity for the students to develop new skills, strive for excellence and get recognized for their hard work. From the 19 research papers that were submitted to the competition, 5 research papers have won and been recognized with an achievement certificates:

3 research papers were from the Undergraduates students and the winning topics covered:

2. Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0: Four Qualitative Interviews
3. UAE Fashion Industry.

2 research papers were from the graduate students and the winning topics covered:

1. University Students Ready to Adopt E-learning, Unveiling Success Factors: The Interplay of Positional Advantage, Employee Job Satisfaction
2. Marketing Capabilities on Firm Performance.
