" This thesis focuses on a detailed study of the jurisprudential Fiqh opinions that Imam Al-Nawawi judged as anomalous or deviant (Shuzuz), examining their sources, identifying their proponents, their arguments, the validity of the judgment of anomaly, and distinguishing the types of anomaly, with a preference between them and the accredited jurisprudential opinions. The significance of this study stems from the value of Fiqh "jurisprudence", as the jurisprudential works are rich with anomalous opinions, mentioned by authors for reference or refutation, or as an enumeration of opposing opinions. Studying these opinions provides great benefit to the jurisprudential library, students of knowledge, and specialists, as it serves as a means of refining Fiqh literature, presenting them in a precise manner, free from errors and misattributions or identifying Shuzuz opinions."
