A PhD Dissertation in Fiqh (Jurisprudence) and Its Foundations entitled: "Juristic Matters of Contrast with Qiyas (Analogical Reasoning) According to Shafii's School: A Foundational & Applicatory Study" submitted by Mr. Ibrahim Yunus Hariri, a PhD Candidate in the field of Comparative Fiqh was evaluated on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 4pm in Bukhari Auditorium, College of Shari'ah and Islamic Studies, Male Campus. The review committee was consisted of Prof. Mohammed Mahmoud Al-Amoush (Supervisor), Prof. Ali Jum'a Al-Rawahneh (External Exmainer), Prof. Kotb Al-Raissouni (Internal Examiner and Chairman of the Committee), and Prof. Kathafi Izzat Al Ghananim (Second Internal Examiner).
