A Master's Thesis In Jurisprudence and Its Fundamentals Titled: "The Principle of Causing Sin And Assisting In Sin Is A Sin Itself And Its Applications To Participation In Crime By Causation In The Penal Code of The State of Kuwait"

A Master's thesis in Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals titled: "The Principle of Causing Sin and Assisting in Sin is a Sin Itself and its Applications to Participation in Crime by Causation in the Penal Code of the State of Kuwait" was discussed at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at the University of Sharjah. The thesis was presented by the researcher Abdullah Abdul Salam Al-Failakawi. The defense took place on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 11 AM in person at Al-Bukhari Hall, College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, Men' Building.

The examination committee consisted of Dr. Saeed Suleiman Al-Naqbi, the supervisor of the thesis, with external examiner Dr. Mohammad Hassan Abdul Wahab, and the internal examiner and chairman of the committee, Dr. Arif Mohammad Al-Jannahi, along with internal examiner Dr. Madou Gaye Sylla.
