A master's thesis in Fiqh (Jurisprudence) and Its Fundamentals entitled: “Arbitrary Divorce And Compensationfor It In Islamic Jurisprudence And Its Appropriate Measures In Senegalese Family Law: A Comparative Jurisprudential Study"was submitted for a viva voce defense by Mr. Ahmad Bamba Fall, a master's student in Fiqh (jurisprudence) and its foundations, The Viva Voce was held in the Ibn Hanbal Auditorium, Women Campus, College ofShari'ahand Islamic Studies, on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 2 pm. The Viva-voce defense committee consisted of Dr. Saeed Sulaiman Alnaqbi, (thesis supervisor), Dr. Ibrahim Ali Al-Mansouri (External Examiner), Prof. Mohamed Suliman Elnor (Internal Examiner and Chairman of the Committee), and Dr. Dalila Berraf (Second Internal Examiner).
