Since its establishment in 2001, the Department of Private Law at the University of Sharjah has been a pioneering force in legal education, shaping the minds of future legal luminaries. We offer an academically accredited Bachelor of Law program in both Arabic and English. Notably, our master’s program in air and space law, taught in English, is the first of its kind in the Gulf and Arab countries, offering students the opportunity to learn about the complex legal frameworks that regulate air and space activities on both international and national levels.
