Civil Liability for the Action of a Robot
The research presents a study on civil liability for the action of a robot through two requirements. The first deals with civil liability for the action of a robot according to the provisions of objective liability, by reviewing the provisions of liability for the action of things and the provisions of liability for the action of defective products, while the second presents a special system for liability for the action of a robot based on the theory of the human deputy and the multiplicity of types of liability. The study concluded with the necessity of enacting Legal rules specific to civil liability for the actions of a robot that take into account its specificity in its material and moral dimensions, and determine who is responsible for the damages resulting from it.
