Dr. Eslam Nofal recently presented a research paper at the prestigious International Conference for Education and Innovation in Museums (ICEIM) held in Riyadh, KSA (1-3 June 2024). The conference focused on innovative approaches to museum education. The paper (co-authored by colleagues form the Architectural Engineering Department, and Externals form Europe) explored the impact of virtual museum experiences on developing critical thinking skills in children.  In addition to presenting his research and chairing two sessions of paper presentations, Dr. Nofal was also interviewed by the First Saudi TV Channel, discussing his research and his impressions of ICEIM. This valuable opportunity allowed Dr. Nofal to share his research, connect with colleagues in the field, and gain new perspectives on the role of museums in education.
