UX and Interactions in the Metaverse

Our goal is an accessible interface for metaverse newcomers, emphasizing ease of use and accurate translation of human-body interactions. Challenges include UI design for 2D, 3D, and hybrid environments, inclusivity, contextual awareness, bridging virtual and physical realities, and transforming input formats. Our focus is on demonstrating new interaction modalities: spatial, haptic, voice, eye-tracking, hand-tracking, object-based, and social interactions. We're using PICO-4 and MindLink EEG methodologies, prioritizing the PICO-4 capabilities for our interface. Comparing results from both devices ensures accuracy in our findings for a robust outcome.
