Surgeon Health Monitoring and Assisting System

Surgeons face daily dangers in operation rooms due to the demanding nature of their work and the environment focused on patient health. Many surgeons neglect their own health, leading to long-term effects on their personal lives and careers. Additionally, stressful and unexpected situations may happen during operations, requiring immediate assistance from other surgeons. However, there are few to no solutions addressing surgeon assistance and health, particularly considering the dangers they face in operation rooms.

In this report, we propose a solution that utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) technology to address the challenges faced by surgeons in their work. We chose IoT technology for its numerous features and capabilities, which offer better assistance and monitoring of the surgeon's health conditions compared to other technologies. Our project monitors factors that affect surgeons and provides assistance in reaching other doctors during emergencies without the need for the surgeon to leave the patient or interrupt their work.

Our project adheres to specific criteria that consider the limitations of surgeons, such as the inability to leave the room, the requirement to use their hands for surgery equipment, and the burden of wearing the device for extended periods.
