Eligibility

CGPA of 2.5 and above or good standing

3rd or 4th year level from bachelor’s degree or master’s degree

Enrolled full-time student during the entire internship – student enrollment document is required.

Accredited university in UAE.

Special requirements for certain countries – depending on the offer.

All applicants, including students from external institutions, must apply through our website and follow the outlined procedures.

All details of the documents required are in Stage 2 and Stage 3 respectively to which is only accessible once you receive your Unique Code.

To apply for IAESTE

For 2025, there will be a nomination fees of AED 315.00 (inclusive of VAT, non refundable) for our office to proceed with your nomination.

Once you are accepted

You will have to pay for your own travel costs:

Air tickets
Visa charges
Insurance

Paid internship

All internships are paid a stipend, usually enough for you to cover your stay (living) and accommodation. However, it is advisable to bring enough cash until you receive your first payment.

For virtual/remote training, please note that most offers are unpaid.

Internship Offers

All offers will showcase the below in Stage 3.

Employer Information	Employer details will be provided along with their website. Address the cover letter to the employer. Refrain from contacting them until accepted.
Student Required	Student status requirement: you are required to abide to the status mentioned; no exceptions are allowed.
Work Offered	Adhere to the specified minimum and maximum weeks within the mentioned months. No alterations are permitted unless specified. Most internships are paid unless they are remote.
Accommodation	Arrangement and assistance shall be provided as mentioned in the offer.
Additional Information	Kindly abide to the instructions stated.
Nomination Information	Our office does not strictly adhere to the nomination deadline stated in the offer. The offer will be closed upon receiving a suitable nominee.
