The University of Sharjah is licensed and our degree programs are accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation under the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Affairs division in the United Arab Emirates. Most of our programs have attained international accreditation.

Housing
The student housing facilities at UoS are available on both the women’s and men’s campuses, conveniently located just a short walk away from the academic buildings, sports complexes, libraries, and dining options.
Our student housing facilities consist of 5 dormitory buildings for male students, 13 for female students, and 5 dedicated dormitory buildings for female medical students, supervised by staff around the clock. They are equipped with internet access, computer labs, gyms, TV and entertainment rooms, vending machines, and laundry rooms, ensuring a comfortable and well-rounded living experience for our students.
