The University of Sharjah Global News is part of the Global Media Unit. It publishes news and feature reports about the University of Sharjah. It assists reporters and journalists to cover and disseminate news about the university. It liaises between university scientists and media outlets. The Unit, besides efforts to publicize university research and activities globally, provides training for students of the College of Communication on writing and editing content for the media.
